MM Engineering Services began in 2010 with a simple aim: to make it easier for engineers to source the right electric motors and industrial components, without delays or confusion. What started in a small workshop has grown into a dedicated technical team with deep product knowledge, strong supplier relationships, and live UK stock.
Today we support customers across manufacturing, process, automotive, HVAC, and many other sectors. Whether you need help cross‑referencing an obsolete motor, selecting an efficient IE2 replacement, or sourcing a hard‑to‑find industrial spare, our team works to give you clear options, not guesswork.
We remain an independent, family‑run business, which means decisions are made around engineering logic and long‑term relationships, not short‑term transactions. Many of our customers have worked with us for years, trusting us to keep their sites running and their equipment correctly specified.

In 2015, we reached a major milestone, moving our headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility that allows us to integrate R&D, manufacturing, and support under one roof.

Our work doesn’t end when the motor is shipped. We assist with fault-finding, replacements, and now repair enquiries, helping you extend equipment life and plan sensible upgrades when it makes engineering and commercial sense.

Runs day‑to‑day operations across sales, supplier and customer relationships, logistics and technical support, keeping enquiries moving, stock managed and customer orders processed and dispatched on time.
